John Lickrish is the Chief Executive Officer of Flash Entertainment. In this role, he leads the

cement its position as the leading entertainment and live events company in the region
As the CEO of Flash Entertainment, he has been acknowledged for his pioneering talent and
awarded ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Middle East Entertainment Industry 2016’ by the
Middle East Entertainment Awards panel and is a regular guest speaker and panelist at
leading industry events.
Originally from Toronto, John attended the University of Western Ontario. During this time,
he began promoting music events and upon graduating established a small independent
record label management and events company, “Blue”. As President and CEO of Blue, John
led the company to great success, producing fifteen tracks which were distributed globally
and recognised by both electronic artists and major DJs, managing nearly 50 artists and
delivering over 100 events during his six-year tenure.
Experiencing similar success at the helm of Flash Entertainment, John has steered the
company to winning 60 awards, engaging over 7.5 million fans over more than 3,000 event
Antoine Gholmieh leads the project department including hospitality, ticketing and talent and focuses on the execution of projects from initial concept phase to reconciliation. In his role as Vice President of Projects, he successfully oversees the delivery of challenging large events, while being on budget and within the project timeline.
Antoine has 15 years’ experience of working in the UAE with regional and international events, conferences and MICE business. This experience has enabled him to deliver world-class entertainment experiences. His proven track record of consistently delivering outstanding results by delivering a wide-range of complex events have engaged and influenced a diverse range of audiences. His most notable events include: Mother of the Nation 2017-2018, official ceremony of the 44th UAE National Day, Yasalam 2009–2018, WOMAD 2009–2011, Creamfields 2012–2016, World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2013–2019, Rolling Stones, Monster Jam, Guns N Roses, Rihanna, Eric Clapton, Coldplay 2009-2011-2016, UAE Papal Visit 2019.
Antoine holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Business management from American University of Science and Technology in Beirut, is a certified International Project Manager (CIPM) and several certifications including Leadership Development Program – CCL.
Haidar is responsible for the Operations department and the physical execution of projects from initial planning phase to closure, including all necessary operations and production processes. In his role he successfully delivers challenging large events, while being on budget and within the project timeline.
He has 12 years experience of working in UAE with regional and international events, conferences and concerts. This experience has enabled him to deliver world class entertainment experiences to a considerable amount of patrons over the years. His proven track record of consistently delivering outstanding results by delivering a wide-range of complex events has engaged and influenced a diverse range of audiences. Some of the

As General Counsel, Fraser MacKinven leads Flash Entertainment’s experienced legal department, which provides full-service legal support in English and Arabic to the rest of the Flash team.
Having specialised in M&A, joint ventures, corporate and commercial work for over 10 years, Fraser brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Flash Entertainment. He joined the team from Clifford Chance, one of the world’s most prestigious law firms, and has advised on an extensive range of complex issues, from investing in digital media companies, solar plants, naval defence systems, school and hospitals, to selling aircraft and buying airports, as well as negotiating service agreements with Formula 1 teams.
Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Fraser is a UK-qualified lawyer with a degree in law from the University of Glasgow. Prior to relocating to Abu Dhabi, where he has lived with his family for over 5 years, Fraser trained and worked as a lawyer in Edinburgh.
Fraser is a big music fan and holds a strong passion for sport.
Hassan Hantoush joined Flash Entertainment in 2016 and oversees all human resource planning, recruiting and employee engagement. For this position, he applied his 14 years of experience in using the best tools and methods available in the market to create a unique working environment
and work force. He plays an effective role in planning the most suitable manpower plan for Flash Entertainment projects.
His in-depth knowledge and expertise in working with people allows him to attract new talented expertise to the organization and create a larger pool of an experienced workforce.He highly believes that people are always the greatest asset of any organization.
Jasper Hope is an international business leader with extensive experience of creating, directing and promoting major cultural activities across many parts of the entertainment industry. He is creative, commercial and resourceful with an excellent reputation and a global network of entertainment contacts and has proven experience of having successfully delivered programmes of creation, change and growth, as well as a diverse range of notable events by world-famous artists and productions, in unique venues worldwide. His international experience covers cultural strategy, cultural tourism development, performing arts, festivals, venues and multi-sector partnerships and he has worked with a long list of world-famous cultural organisations and individuals along with public and private companies and authorities to develop world-class events, attractions and cultural destinations for over 25 years.
Most recently, he served as founding Chief Executive of the iconic Dubai Opera where, in under three years, he built a new side to the international profile of Dubai with a celebrated annual programme of the world’s best artists and productions in order to entertain and enrich the lives of residents and tourists and adding a new international artistic dimension to the city’s offering. Since it opened, Dubai Opera has welcomed 700,000 people to shows and concerts along with more than 2000 artists and under Jasper’s leadership the venue was recognised for numerous awards.
Jasper became a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts in 2008, is a Member of the Dubai Future Council on Education and runs Proscenium Arts, a boutique consultancy offering clients advice and assistance on a wide range of artistic, cultural and entertainment projects on an international basis.
Helen leads Flash Entertainment’s marketing & communications department – a fully integrated team of marketing professionals who deliver 360° campaigns including marketing, PR & communications, digital marketing, digital platform development and creative.
Helen is an award-winning marketing leader, with over 17 years’ experience within entertainment and tourism industries. She has an extensive background in entertainment, having spent 13 years in the film industry in London, driving market-leading results for event-level franchises to arthouse independent releases.
Helen moved to the UAE as VP Brand & Communications for Dubai Airports; a role created to bring consumer engagement to a traditionally corporate brand. She transformed marketing strategy, adding value through content, experiences and strategic partnerships, to position DXB as a destination brand.
Prior to joining Flash, Helen was providing strategic consultancy for renowned agencies within the region, using her innovative approach to marketing on projects for Riyadh Development Authority, Dubai Tourism and ADNEC.
As one of the founding members of The Marketing Society Middle East, she continues to benefit from the community’s insights and inspiration.
Helen has a BA (Hons) in Business and an MBA in Marketing.
Nabih Bouery has worked with Flash Entertainment since 2008 and in his role as Vice President Finance has played a vital part in its successes.
Along with the overall financial dealings of the company, major events have relied on his key skills of finance management, modelling and business development. Nabih has combined these skills with his past experiences in the music industry and the
combination has proven an advantageous one as he has time and again proved his value to the company by managing Flash Entertainment government compliance to financial rules, regulations and policies.
Nabih graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelors in International Finance and Marketing and his past experience has involved working at banks within the UAE as well as an early career of being co- founder to a music label/ production company.
